Marina Garcia
Marina Garcia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a postgraduate degree in Private Property Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She also holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro (FGV-Rio).
She joined the law firm Bruno Calfat Advogados in 2014, where she works in strategic litigation. She specializes in representing individuals and corporations, both domestic and foreign, in legal proceedings of varying levels of complexity, pending before State Courts, Federal Courts, and Higher Courts.
She also has experience in arbitration proceedings, having represented clients in cases administered by the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CBMA), and the Brazil-Canada Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM-CCBC).
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro State Chapter.
