
Marina Garcia
Marina Garcia holds a Law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ) and a postgraduate degree in Private Property Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro – PUC-Rio). She also earned an LL.M. in Tax Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro (FGV-Rio).
She joined Bruno Calfat Advogados in 2014 and has since built a strong practice in strategic litigation, representing both individuals and corporate clients, both domestic and international, in judicial proceedings of varying complexity before State, Federal, and Superior Courts.
Marina also has significant experience in arbitration, having represented clients in proceedings administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration (Centro Brasileiro de Mediação e Arbitragem – CBMA), and the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC).
She is a registered attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Rio de Janeiro State Branch.
