Hugo Lemes
Hugo Lemes holds a Law degree from the Brasília Institute of Public Law (Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público – IDP) and a Master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
During his undergraduate studies in law, he participated in the Summer Training in German and European Law at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and the Summer Program in American Law at Columbia University in New York.
He is a lecturer in the postgraduate course “Procedure in Higher Courts” at Presbyterian Mackenzie College in Brasília/DF.
He is a registered attorney with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), in both Rio de Janeiro State and Federal District Sections.
