Hugo Lemes
Hugo Lemes holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público (IDP) and a Master’s degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
During his undergraduate studies in law, he participated in the Summer Training in German and European Law program at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) in Munich, and in the Summer Program in American Law at Columbia University in New York.
He is a professor in the graduate program “Procedure in the Higher Courts” at Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Brasília, Federal District.
He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro State and Federal District Sections.
